Entrepreneur 411 Webinar: Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program Act
Thank you to David Condon of Edward Jones and David Hiss of John Hancock for joining us to discuss the Illinois' Secure Choice Savings Program Act. The Act is a state mandate requiring those with 16 or more employees to offer a qualifying employer-sponsored retirement program for their employees or administer in the Illinois Secure Choice program. The law goes into effect for employers with 5 or more employees starting on November 1, 2023.
