Will County Executive launches Health Care Grant from ARPA Funding

The Will County Executive Committee has approved the Health Grant Program which is looking at projects and programs that will focus on services and access in the following categories:  food stabilization, behavioral health, violence prevention, and general health.

Funds are part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), which Will County has received $134M.

Grant applications will be required to 1)  identify a COVID-19 public health or economic impact on an individual or class and 2) support or expand a program that responds to that impact.
